1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the website curiositygroveacademy.com, enrolling in any program, or engaging with any services offered by Curiosity Grove Academy LLC ("Curiosity Grove Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. ABOUT CURIOSITY GROVE ACADEMY
Curiosity Grove Academy LLC is a private micro school located at 6635 FM 2438, Kingsbury, TX 78638. We operate as an affiliate campus of the Apogee Network and offer learner-driven, K-12 private education services to families in our community.

3. ENROLLMENT AND ADMISSION
3.1 Application
Enrollment at Curiosity Grove Academy is subject to availability and the completion of our application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
3.2 Enrollment Agreement
Upon acceptance, families will be required to sign a separate Enrollment Agreement that outlines the specific terms, expectations, and policies applicable to enrolled students. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and supplement that agreement.
3.3 Eligibility
Enrollment is open to students meeting our stated age and grade-level requirements.

4. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
4.1 SMS Program Description
Curiosity Grove Academy operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with enrolled families, prospective families, and individuals who have opted in to receive text message communications from us. Messages sent through this program may include:
• School announcements, schedule changes, and campus updates
• Enrollment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Event invitations and community information
• Emergency and urgent safety notifications
• General program information and academic updates
Message frequency will vary based on school activity and the nature of your relationship with Curiosity Grove Academy.
4.2 Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text communications — whether through our website opt-in form, enrollment paperwork, or other means — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS messages from Curiosity Grove Academy at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are assessed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Curiosity Grove Academy. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4.6 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Curiosity Grove Academy is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier network. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.7 Help and Support
For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@curiositygroveacademy.com or (your phone number). Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers.
4.8 SMS Data Privacy

5. TUITION AND FEES
5.1 Tuition Schedule
Tuition rates and fees are published separately and are subject to change. Families will be notified of any changes prior to the next enrollment period.
5.2 Payment
Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods are outlined in the Enrollment Agreement. Failure to maintain current tuition payments may result in suspension of enrollment.
5.3 Refunds
Refund policies are outlined in the Enrollment Agreement. In general, tuition paid is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Violation of conduct standards may result in disciplinary action up to and including disenrollment, as outlined in the Enrollment Agreement and Family Handbook.

8. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
By enrolling your child, you grant Curiosity Grove Academy permission to photograph or record your child for educational and promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice to the contrary. Curiosity Grove Academy will not share identifiable images of minors on public platforms without parental or guardian consent.

9. HEALTH AND SAFETY

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Guadalupe County, Texas.
